What card for you use for printed Strut cards?
Typically, our Smaller Strut cards are printed on 450gsm silk board, laminated for protection from scratches and affixed to a rigid strut. Our Large strut cards (A0 or A1) are printed on 2000mic display board. However depending on your requirements – this may differ.
How should I set up my artwork for printed Strut card?
Please set up your artwork to the following specifications:
Size with bleed (3mm):
• A4 strut card 216mm x 303mm
• A5 strut card 154mm x 216mm
• A1 strut card 600mm x 847mm
• A0 strut card 847mm x 1195mm
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum
Format: PDF or JPEG
Colour: CMYK (RGB/Pantones will be converted)
Fonts: Outlined or Embedded
We advise a Safe Zone of 3mm in from the edge as well
